MYSCHOOLBUCKS CUSTOMER SERVICE
 
STUDENT PAYMENT ACCOUNTS
To purchase additional meals at the school cafeteria sites students must have funds loaded onto their My School Bucks Account. Click on the MYSCHOOLBUCKS icon on the left hand side of this page to create an account. When creating an account ensure you are selecting the correct school district, school and student name.
 
STAFF PAYMENT ACCOUNTS
Staff must create a MYSCHOOLBUCKS account and load funds into their account, as well as register themselves on the POS. To register for a POS account Please click the "CREATE STAFF POS ACCOUNT" icon on the left side of this page. After submitting your request, create and link a MYSCHOOLBUCKS account to your POS ACCOUNT by adding yourself as a student to your account.

REFUND REQUESTS
Refunds may be requested at anytime by clicking on the REFUND REQUEST button on the left hand side of this page. Processing of refunds takes anywhere between 2-4 weeks from the day of request. Please ensure that you include the correct address so that checks are mailed to the correct location.
